What is the difference between prints and limited editions?
Most of my prints come in two tiers - regular and limited edition. Both are true to colour, and printed on high quality matte paper. My regular prints are printed and shipped through Printful with an aim of art accessibility reflected in the prices. My limited edition prints are printed locally in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with archival giclée printing process, they are signed and numbered, and there is a limited quantity available.
Can I get a custom sized print?
Most likely! Contact me here and let me know what size you are looking for. Pricing will vary for custom sizes.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
I offer free shipping within Canada. Shipping throughout the USA is also available with an additional charge at checkout. I hope to expand to other international destinations in the future.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Regular prints are processed and shipped through Printful; Processing takes between 2-4 business days. Limited edition prints are printed locally, often when you place your order; They take 4-6 business days to be produced before ready for shipment. Original works are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Orders within Canada are sent as Canada Post Expedited Parcels. Shipping takes 5-7 business days and you will receive an email with a tracking code when your order is on the way. Length may vary depending during the holiday season.
What is your shipping and return policy?
All sales are final. In the case where your order arrives damaged en route due to a clear shipping issue, you’ll receive a full/partial refund based on the extent of damage. If your package never arrives, which hasn’t happened yet, you will be offered a refund or to have your order resent free of charge. You will not be compensated on orders damaged or lost after arrival due to no fault of my own or the post office.
Contact me as soon as possible to report damaged or lost orders at willow@willowglufka.ca with photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, and your order number. Reports must be made within 4 days to be fully honoured.
I made a mistake on my order. Can you fix it?
If you made an error when placing an order, please send me an email as soon as possible at willow@willowglufka.ca. Changes can only be made early in the processing stage.
Please review all order details before submitting your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is "returned to sender," you are responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return or reshipment to the correct address.
Who owns the artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
